Jobot is seeking a Finance Due Diligence professional to join our remote team. You will perform financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions, analyze data, and deliver detailed reports on EBITDA, working capital, and capital structure.
You will lead engagement teams and coordinate with client stakeholders across multiple deals. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, CPA preferred, and experience with the Big 4.
