Description The Wealth Planner plays a pivotal role in delivering a differentiated, advice-led planning experience to high-net-worth clients. This individual serves as a trusted partner, leading sophisticated planning engagements through deep discovery and translating client goals into tailored, actionable wealth strategies. Working closely with both clients and Wealth Advisors, the Wealth Planner brings clarity and confidence to complex financial decisions while consistently delivering high-quality, comprehensive planning that drives meaningful outcomes.
DutiesAnd Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning engagements for HNW clients.
- Conduct thorough discovery conversations to identify client goals, values, and financial objectives.
- Develop, present, and review customized financial plans, incorporating retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal wealth advisors to support client relationship management and plan implementation.
- Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to wealth advisors on financial planning best practices and effective discovery techniques.
- Ensure all financial plans meet compliance and regulatory requirements and reflect the firm’s planning philosophy.
- Stay informed of industry trends, tax laws, and planning strategies to provide clients with cutting-edge advice.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree CFP® designation preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong coaching and presentation abilities.
