The anticipated salary range for this role is between $85,000.00and $. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award.
Role Objectives:Delivery
- Perform ongoing credit monitoring for a portfolio of project finance borrowers, ensuring compliance with credit policies.
- Identify potential credit issues early by continuously reviewing portfolio performance and risk indicators.
- Analyze amendment, consent, and waiver requests, assess credit impact, and prepare recommendations for credit approval.
- Prepare periodic credit reviews and maintain up‑to‑date reporting on portfolio quality. Collaborate with borrowers, legal counsel, engineers, and consultants to manage consent processes and negotiate changes to financing documentation.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance against established criteria, recommending rating or grading adjustments where appropriate.
- Support risk mitigation through counter party credit analysis and strategies to reduce credit exposure.
- Ensure accurate KYC information and maintain required compliance documentation for all borrowers.
- Prepare credit applications and internal memos presenting well‑structured arguments and recommended actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field plus 2 years of experience.
- Experience must include the following:financial statement analysis capabilities; financial modeling proficiency; understanding of legal agreements and contractual documentation; expertise in credit risk assessment and evaluation; analytical writing skills; ability to interpret engineering studies and technical reports.
- The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.
