As a Finance Specialist, you play a key role in the financial onboarding, integration, and professionalization of newly acquired companies (Opcos) within the Presence segment. The Presence segment provides its customers the tools and infrastructure to build and grow their online identity, with a focus on web hosting, email, and domains.

You will contribute to the further development and optimization of our segment portfolio of 15+ companies in Europe and North America. Your work will ensure that newly acquired companies are integrated and professionalized swiftly, laying a solid foundation for accurate reporting, sound decision-making, and sustainable value creation. Depending on the maturity of the acquired Opco’s finance function, you will either serve as its interim Finance Lead, joining the management team and steering it through integration or support the Opco’s existing Finance Lead until onboarding and integration are complete.
Key activities during financial onboarding/integration include:
- Deal-to-value guidance –Guide acquisitions from due diligence through execution of the value creation plan, working with the M&A team during due diligence to align on financial integration points.
- Project & stakeholder leadership –Act as project manager and primary contact throughout integration, developing the Opco’s integration plan and coordinating the why, what, when, and how across Group Control & Reporting, BD, BI, M&A, the CFO, and Opco stakeholders.
- Accounting & reporting alignment –Understand the Opco’s accounting principles and reporting structure, align them to the Group’s accounting manual, and support management with internal reporting.
- Planning & close integration –Reconcile the M&A business case’s budget and forecast assumptions with bottom-up Opco forecasts and fold the Opco into the monthly close and quarterly forecasting/budgeting cycles with standardized reporting and handover to the Opco Finance Lead.
- Best practices & talent continuity –Embed best-practice tooling (Agicap, Auditboard, Leapsome) and assist in recruiting a permanent Finance Lead where applicable.
In addition to financial onboarding and integration projects, the Finance Specialist can be responsible for overseeing and/or contributing to a broad range of financial and/or business projects within the Holding.
Success in the first year- Successful Opco integration: take ownership of at least one acquisition’s financial onboarding, delivering a fully integrated finance function aligned with Group standards.
- Trusted project lead: act as the go-to contact for stakeholders across M&A, Business Development, and Group Control during integration projects.
- Professionalization impact: contribute measurable improvements to at least one Opco’s reporting, controls, or systems, in line with Group requirements.
You will report to the segment Finance Director and be part of a broader community of finance specialists within Your.
Online. You will work closely with:
Segment Finance Director (direct manager), Group Control & Reporting, BI, M&A, and Business Development, Opco Finance Leads and management teams, the Board.
- Completed financial/economic degree at university level (RC/CMA or RA/CPA)
- At least 6 years of experience in finance, control, or transactions (e.g., Big 4 combined with corporate experience)
- Financially adept and results-oriented
- Excellent knowledge of accounting (Dutch GAAP required; UK, German, French GAAP and/or IFRS is a plus)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Understanding of M&A processes from initiation through integration
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and pragmatic mindset
- Self-starter, able to manage large projects independently and within teams
- Fluent in English;
Dutch, German, or French is a plus
