Collections Agent

Position: Collections Agent at Northlake Financial
Drive results as a Collections Agent with Northlake Financial in Barrie, ON. Engage customers to guide them in the repayment process while maintaining a high standard of service.

This full-time position requires a strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills. As part of Northlake’s innovative team, successful candidates will manage delinquent accounts, educate customers, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role does not offer remote work, making effective in-person communication essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage late-stage delinquency accounts effectively

• Educate customers on repayment strategies and policies

• Negotiate payment arrangements using approved authority

• Document call activity and maintain accurate records

• Meet and exceed individual and team collection goals

Requirements:

• Flexible availability between 7 am and 9 pm, Monday-Saturday

• 1-2 years of experience in collections or financial services

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team
