Affirm is seeking a Lead Validator for Finance and Analytics models to join the Model Risk Management team. You will lead end-to-end validation engagements on complex models, identify weaknesses, and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders across Finance, Quantitative Research, and Growth Analytics.
The role requires 4–6 years in model validation or related fields, strong knowledge of corporate finance and ALM, and proficiency with Python, SQL, Excel, and Databricks.
