Position: Client Service Analyst I Hybrid Role

Your responsibilities include calculating benefits, analyzing rules, and supporting the production of important client statements. Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate benefits following applicable regulations

• Analyze retirement plan rules and make recommendations

• Contribute to the accuracy of annual statements

• Validate data through periodic review

• Suggest process enhancements for better client support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in mathematics, finance, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

• Proficiency in French, bilingual considered an asset
