Position: Child Development Institute Finance Leader
Become a Finance Manager at the Child Development Institute, overseeing financial operations in a hybrid work model from Toronto. This role is key to enhancing financial stewardship and decision-making.

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will lead critical processes such as financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and team management.

Your role is essential in maintaining accuracy in financial data while partnering with various stakeholders to align financial practices with program goals. Train on-site initially, then enjoy flexibility with remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting and accounting processes

• Own budgeting, planning, and financial analysis

• Coordinate annual audits and compliance measures

• Oversee day-to-day treasury operations

• Mentor and develop finance team members

Requirements:

• Comprehensive financial operations experience

• Must hold a CPA designation

• Proven people leadership experience in finance
