Sanofi is building a new captive Business Services Centre in Bogota to provide Order-to-Cash and related services. The Collection Management Analyst will deliver cash application and receivables management for SBS North America, manage incoming payments, and monitor AR ageing with dunning and escalation activities.
You will collaborate with Finance, Customer Service and Ci2C teams, contribute to process improvements, and develop expert knowledge of the collections process while maintaining KPIs
