Future Plan is seeking a skilled retirement plan analyst to manage contributions and nondiscrimination testing for small to mid-size 401(k)/cash balance plans. You will be a technical resource for consultants and team members, reviewing census data and performing complex testing.
Responsibilities include ADP/ACP, 410(b), 401(a)(4), and 401(a)(26) testing, calculating contributions and earnings, and supporting plan design studies. Strong Excel proficiency and communication are essential.
