Role Description The Financial Advisor role is a full-time hybrid position based in Singapore, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The Financial Advisor will engage clients to understand their financial goals and risk profiles, and provide tailored advice on protection, savings, investment, and retirement planning solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial needs analyses, recommending suitable insurance and investment products, reviewing and monitoring client portfolios, and ensuring ongoing service and support.
The role also involves staying current with market developments and regulatory requirements, preparing clear and compliant documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a high standard of client experience. The Financial Advisor is expected to build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups, educational consultations, and proactive communication.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess client needs and design comprehensive financial roadmaps.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Investments to explain product features, market trends, and risk-return profiles clearly.
- Experience in Retirement Planning to help clients structure sustainable income and protection strategies for later life.
- Relevant professional certifications or licensing in financial advisory or insurance as required by Singapore regulations.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible and empathetic manner.
- Customer-centric mindset, integrity in handling sensitive financial information, and a commitment to long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
