Senior Treasury Analyst

SALARY RANGE - $160-$175

KHVPT ICON Parking is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support the organization's cash management and banking operations across a multi-state portfolio of locations. This role is critical in ensuring optimal liquidity, accurate cash forecasting, and strong financial controls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate brings strong treasury skills, a focus on optimizing existing banking and treasury operations and the ability to develop and manage cash forecasts for a rolling 4 month period.

In addition, this person will demonstrate the ability to navigate complex financial structures while partnering cross-functionally with the Executive Team, Accounting, FP&A, and Operations.

** This role is in office with flexibility to work from home two days per month **

Cash Management & Forecasting

• Monitor daily cash positions across 400+ bank accounts and entities to ensure operating liquidity both at a location level and across the company
• Prepare and maintain short (4 week) and long-term (4 month) cash flow forecasts and drivers of variances in those forecasts
• Optimize liquidity and ensure sufficient funding for operational needs

Banking & Transactions

• Manage banking relationships, including account onboarding, maintenance and closing as necessary
• Manage all banking access and conduct monthly audits of users and privileges granted
• Initiate and approve wires, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers based on existing authority and separation of duties across the organization
• Monitor and resolve bank-related issues, discrepancies, and fees
• Optimize the current banking operations via bank products including sweeps, zero balance funding and overnight optimization of cash

Reconciliation & Controls

• Review and sign off on Accounting cash reconciliations monthly to ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations and resolution / recording of transactions
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls over cash handling and disbursements
• Assist with audit requests and ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements

Debt & Capital Structure Support

• Assist in managing debt schedules, interest payments, and covenant tracking
• Prepare reporting for lenders, ownership groups, and internal leadership

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Develop dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into cash performance and trends
• Support integration efforts across systems (e.g., payroll, ERP, banking platforms)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4-6 years of treasury, finance, or accounting experience (multi-entity or multi-location experience preferred) with a minimum of 2 years in treasury operations
• Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, banking operations, and financial controls
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite) and treasury/banking platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• High level of integrity and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, multi-site environment (e.g., parking, real estate, retail, or hospitality)
• Exposure to private equity-backed organizations
• Familiarity with debt structures, covenants, and lender reporting
