Supporting the execution of client advisory and financial transactions while managing multiple projects with rigid and, at times, global timelines
Preparing marketing materials and transaction documentation, including but not limited to confidential memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and analysis
Conducting detailed financial modelling, valuation and forecasting of financial statements
Understanding of the Bank's product suite
Significant network and experience within the arena with extensive, product and market knowledge
Proven track record of independently and proactively servicing multiple clients and effectively managing multiple priorities, while generating significant revenue
Strong commercial acumen: understanding client/market problems, proactively tackling challenges and seizing opportunities as they arise
SIE, Series 63 and Series 79
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
A strategic thinker with the ability to understand broad business issues, their potential implications and to make sound business recommendations

The salary range for this position in New York City is $150,000 to $225,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
