CorpDev Manager - PE-Backed Consumer Services - NorCal Remote

Fast growing PE-backed home services platform is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to evaluate and execute acquisitions of owner-operated service businesses as part of the firm's regional roll-up strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple live deals and work streams simultaneously. It is preferred that candidates have experience in small or lower-middle-market M&A and familiarity with field/home services or recurring-revenue business models. This role is remote but requires the candidate to be based in Northern California, and reports directly to the VP of Partnerships.
