Join a high-impact team at the heart of Macquarie's specialized asset financing platform, where you'll support complex, bespoke transactions from deal close through maturity. This role offers a unique blend of operational execution and front-to-back deal exposure, sitting alongside structuring, origination, and legal teams. It's an exceptional opportunity to build deep technical expertise while gaining insight into end-to-end transaction life cycles.

We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you're empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.

What role will you play?

You will play a central role in supporting the execution and ongoing management of structured asset financing transactions, ensuring deals are accurately captured and operationally delivered. Early on, you will develop a strong foundation by booking transactions, managing billing for rent, interest, and principal, and monitoring cash receipts, arrears, and reporting covenants. You will also support the coordination and execution of new deals, gaining exposure to bespoke, bilateral transactions that require significant structuring and negotiation.

Working closely with structuring, origination, legal, risk, and COO teams, you will observe and progressively contribute to the full deal lifecycle. As you grow in the role, your involvement will deepen, providing hands-on participation in complex transactions and cross-functional collaboration. This role is based in-office alongside front-office teams, offering direct exposure and learning opportunities.

What you offer
  • 2+ years' experience in an operations, finance, or administrative role (experience in loan/lease environments advantageous)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy, with the ability to accurately process and interpret financial transactions
  • Experience with Loan IQ, Oracle Lease Management, or similar systems is advantageous but not essential
  • Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment
What we offer
  • 1 wellbeing leave day per year and a minimum of 25 days of annual leave
  • 20 weeks' paid parental leave for primary caregivers along with 12 days of paid transition leave upon return to work and 6 weeks' paid leave for secondary caregivers
  • 2 days of paid volunteer leave and donation matching
  • Benefits and initiatives to support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing such as medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance; health savings account and dependent day care savings account; life insurance, disability, and other insurance plans; 401(k) and short/long term disability
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Program, a robust behavioural health network with counselling and coaching services
  • Access to a wide range of learning and development opportunities, including reimbursement for professional membership or subscription
  • Recognition and service awards
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements, dependent on role
  • Reimbursement for work from home equipment
