Alerus is seeking a remote Client Service Center Associate, Banking to support banking and wealth management clients. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, educate clients on products, and resolve inquiries with accuracy using AS400, Q2, Architect and Salesforce.
Work is Monday–Friday 10am–7pm Central, with one half day Saturday per month. Prefer candidates in Twin Cities MN, Grand Forks or Fargo ND, or Phoenix AZ, but remote nationwide is acceptable.
