Mortgage Loan Originator

JK Home Loans is growing, and we're looking for motivated Mortgage Loan Originators who are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve the dream of home ownership. Whether you're an experienced loan officer looking for a better platform or an established producer seeking greater flexibility and support, we'd love to talk with you.

This position offers the opportunity to work from home or from our Ash Flat, AR office while serving clients throughout Arkansas, Florida, Kansas, and Missouri.

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, builders, financial professionals, and past clients.
• Consult with home buyers and homeowners to identify the mortgage solution that best fits their goals.
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing.
• Collect and review loan documentation while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and investor guidelines.
• Communicate proactively with borrowers, processors, underwriters, and referral partners to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Develop new business through networking, community involvement, and marketing initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after closing.

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license required (licensed in AR required; additional licensing in FL, KS, and/or MO a plus).
• Mortgage lending experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and loan origination systems
• Commitment to providing ethical, professional service.
