FNBO is seeking a Fraud Specialist to help protect customers from fraud and provide outstanding service. You will handle inbound fraud calls, gather details, and work to resolve cases on Debit and Credit Card accounts.
The role is fast‑paced and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to regulatory standards. Training will be onsite for six weeks at the FNBO Tower in Omaha, with a scheduled shift pattern.
