Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients through inbound call requests

• Build trust by providing tailored investment advice

• Conduct portfolio reviews and onboarding for new clients

• Manage contributions, withdrawals, and account access

• Fulfill sales and service activities per procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum four years of relevant industry experience

• Possession of IR licensing core proficiency components

• Familiarity with wealth management strategies

• Strong verbal and written skills in English and French

• Excellent time management and communication skills
