Hrccva is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate first mortgage loans and promote lending services in the Chesapeake area. You will counsel clients, schedule meetings, and work with real estate agents to grow the loan portfolio.
Responsibilities include processing applications, ordering disclosures, data entry, and navigating underwriting guidelines, with travel to client sites as needed. Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions and a car allowance.
