You'll Bring (Required)
- 3+ years in a full-cycle technology sales role
- Documented track record of success in new business development, not account management
- Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
- High agency and unafraid to experiment and learn
- Relentless pipeline generation — partnering with Marketing and Sales Development, but also executing your own daily and weekly outreach through multiple channels
- Located near Mountain View, CA (~1 hour drive) so you can meet in person 3–5 times a week to brainstorm
- Experience in consumer finance is a huge plus — understanding our buyers' needs: customer service and collections within agencies, BPOs, and automotive and healthcare revenue management businesses
- Experience with in a reputable startup
This client is a fast-growing startup building AI agents purpose-built for the consumer finance industry, specifically loan servicing and debt collections. Their platform automates and orchestrates consumer engagement across voice and digital channels — from outreach and payment collection to compliance monitoring — and has processed over half a billion consumer finance interactions. More than 100 companies use the platform today, spanning collections agencies, BPOs, auto finance, healthcare revenue management, and lending.
Customers rely on it to increase self-serve payments, reduce operational costs, and improve the consumer experience while staying compliant with regulations like the FDCPA and TCPA.
- Pay Range - $200k-$280k OTE + ESOPs
