Position: Vancity Analyst for Commercial Real Estate

In this permanent, full-time analyst position, you will collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager of Commercial Real Estate to facilitate crucial lending decisions. Your tasks will include conducting annual reviews and preparing loan amendment documents, thus ensuring smooth operations and client support. This role allows for remote work with periodic office attendance to enhance collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete annual reviews and maintain policy compliance

• Prepare Loan Amendment Letters and Renewal applications

• Manage the collection of client information requests

• Assist with funding processes during loan advances

• Engage in projects and lending opportunities as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance

• 2-3 years in commercial real estate or lending

• Familiar with Ontario's market and sustainable practices

• Demonstrated analytical and financial skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
