Role Description

The Financial Services Associate role is a full-time hybrid position based in Miami, FL, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. In this role, the associate supports clients by helping assess their financial needs, explaining product options, and assisting with the implementation of suitable financial solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, preparing and reviewing client documentation, maintaining accurate records in firm systems, and coordinating with internal teams and independent representatives.

The associate will also respond to client inquiries, provide clear and professional communication, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards. This role may involve participating in financial education initiatives and supporting business development activities as needed.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, evaluate client information, and support sound recommendations.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge in Finance and Financial Services, including basic understanding of investment, insurance, and retirement concepts.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues through clear verbal, written, and interpersonal interactions.
  • Candidates should possess awareness of Cybersecurity principles to handle sensitive financial information securely and follow data protection best practices.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Regulatory licenses (e.g., life insurance, securities registrations) or willingness to obtain them are an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, proficiency with standard office and financial software, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, client service, and continuous learning in the financial services industry.
