OWN is seeking a Credit Risk & Underwriting Lead to establish the underwriting foundation for its first fixed-rate onchain mortgage files. You will build repeatable rules and workflows, underwrite initial mortgages manually, and work with product and engineering to automate processes for scalable risk management.
The role requires strong Trad Fi credit, mortgage underwriting, or secured lending experience, with a preference for exposure to crypto lending or DeFi collateral.
