A rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare technology company is establishing a dedicated Strategic Finance function, creating an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to help build the function from the ground up.
This is a highly visible, strategic role that goes well beyond traditional FP&A. Rather than focusing primarily on recurring budgeting and forecasting activities, this position will concentrate on strategic analysis, value creation, business transformation, and executive decision support.
The Senior Manager will work closely with VP-level and executive leadership while partnering across the organization to evaluate opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and help shape the company's strategic direction.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial analysis for strategic initiatives, including business cases, scenario analysis, investment evaluations, and value-creation opportunities
Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, and executive leadership to evaluate business opportunities and inform strategic decisions
Develop sophisticated financial models supporting growth strategies, investments, operational improvements, and other key initiatives
Create analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with greater visibility into business performance
Independently manage strategic projects from analysis through execution while adjusting priorities as business needs evolve
Translate complex financial and operational information into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
Identify opportunities to improve business performance, financial outcomes, and organizational decision-making
6+ years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or PE operations
Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Strong commercial and business judgment with the ability to evaluate complex opportunities
Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects and operate effectively in an evolving environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial analysis into clear recommendations
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
