Multipli Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Protections Specialist to detect, investigate and prevent fraud in members’ accounts. You will analyze financial data, conduct interviews, gather evidence and secure accounts, preparing reports for management or law enforcement.
You will be the primary contact for staff and members on fraud and disputes, handle disputes and fraud claims, monitor trends, and help train employees on prevention.
