Connect One Bank is seeking an AML Surveillance EDD & CDD Analyst in New Jersey to analyze banking transactions for BSA/AML compliance and complete regulatory reports. You will monitor alerts, perform due diligence reviews, and support the development of BSA/AML procedures.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of BSA experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with IBS, Vision Archive, OnBase and Verafin. Hybrid work options are available.
