Facet is seeking a Trading Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will manage and execute daily trading operations to support investment strategies, work with planners, custodians, and tech teams, and help optimize workflows.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in trading operations, strong Excel skills, experience with OMS and rebalancing software, and knowledge of tax and IRA rules. We offer equity, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, and remote work from anywhere in the US.
