You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and risk tolerance, recommending suitable investment properties and opportunities.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while playing a crucial part in helping clients build wealth through strategic real estate investments across various regions of South Africa , including areas like Mahikeng .

• Consult with clients remotely to assess their investment objectives, financial situation, and risk appetite.
• Develop personalized real estate investment strategies and portfolio recommendations.

• Educate clients on different types of real estate investments, including buy-to-let, commercial, and development opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Investment Advisor , financial advisor with real estate expertise, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment principles, and financial planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with investment analysis tools, CRM software, and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in financial advisory or real estate are highly advantageous.
