• 180 BPS on self‑generated business (up to 225 BPS depending on quarterly margin).

• Lock and structure deals inside Arive.

• Handle diverse loan programs:
  Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non‑QM, DSCR, and private lending.
• Build your own book, systems, and Realtor referral machine with back‑end support.

• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of origination experience.
• Minimum production of $1M per month.
• Working knowledge of multiple loan products.
• Strong follow‑up and CRM discipline.
• Tech fluency in Arive, Hub Spot, Slack, Box, and Outlook.
• Strong follow‑up discipline (8/10 or higher).
• Proficient with digital systems, including Hub Spot, Arive, and Slack.
• Preferred experience with purchase business.

• Lender states: FL, SC, TN, TX, GA, MI, NM.
• Broker states: NJ, CT, PA, NC.
