We're partnering with a well-established, growing company seeking a Controller / Finance Director to lead its Finance & Accounting team and partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership.

This is a broad leadership role combining technical accounting, strategic finance, and team leadership.

• Direct partnership with the CFO and senior leadership
• Leadership of a six-person Finance & Accounting team
• Balanced role across technical accounting, strategic finance, and leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Partner with leadership on strategic financial decisions
• Oversee capital planning, project accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset management
• Provide financial analysis and variance reporting to support business decisions
• Drive improvements to finance systems, processes, controls, and reporting
• Support audits, ERP initiatives, and other finance transformation projects

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience
• Controller, Finance Director, Assistant Controller, or similar leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active or inactive CPA strongly preferred;
  Master's in Accounting is a plus
• Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience
• Proven team leadership and development experience
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with capital planning, asset management, project accounting, or complex financial operations is a plus

• $140,000–$180,000 base salary
• 10% target bonus

The role will be primarily onsite initially, with limited work-from-home flexibility available long-term.
