- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and variances.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business trends, profitability, and investment opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial modeling and analytical support.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams remotely to gather data and provide financial insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI is a plus).
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
