About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their dynamic, remote-first team. You will play a crucial part in developing investment strategies, conducting in-depth market research, and providing data-driven recommendations to senior management. • Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation of potential real estate acquisitions and developments.
• Perform detailed market research and feasibility studies to assess investment viability and identify market trends.
• Analyze property portfolios, existing investments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare investment committee memos, presentations, and reports, clearly articulating findings and recommendations.
• Manage due diligence processes for new investments, including legal, financial, and operational aspects.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide regular updates on portfolio status.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, and real estate valuation techniques.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, real estate economics, and investment principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Argus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
