You will build relationships with customers, understand their financial goals, and offer tailored mortgage solutions. As a fully remote position, you will leverage technology to connect with clients and manage the loan application process efficiently, contributing significantly to our client's mission of making home ownership accessible.

• Proactively generate leads and build a strong client base through networking and marketing efforts.
• Interview potential borrowers to assess their financial situation and determine appropriate mortgage products.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, from submission to closing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, industry trends, and product offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other referral sources.

• Proven track record as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar sales role in the financial services industry .
• Excellent understanding of mortgage loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using loan origination software and CRM systems.
• Valid South African National Credit Act (NCA) qualification and registration with the National Credit Regulator (NCR).
