Fixed Income Strategy Manager

Manage a team of fixed income analysts and traders that provide internally vetted fixed instruments to purchase in client accounts. Manage and oversee a series of Fixed Income Strategies. Participate in the Asset Allocation process of the firm. Member of Investment Policy Committee.

Lead the development and implementation of the fixed income strategy.

Oversee fixed income research and guide investment portfolio managers.

Manage the fixed income buy-list and hold-list.

Support risk management framework and collaborate with the investment strategy team.

Represent Huntington in internal/external presentations and support sales efforts for Wealth Management.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor market trends/conditions.

Develop actionable investment insights and communicate fixed income strategy to stakeholders.

Support cross-sell initiatives and provide training on fixed income concepts.

Review enhanced Leveraged Cash Flow due diligence when appropriate.

Assist Payments Advisors/Relationship Managers in structuring transactions and developing risk mitigation strategies.

Manage the approval process for requested limits, amendments, waivers, and consents.

Performs other duties as assigned.

At least 15 years of related experience.
