Summary:
Manage a team of fixed income analysts and traders that provide internally vetted fixed instruments to purchase in client accounts. Manage and oversee a series of Fixed Income Strategies. Participate in the Asset Allocation process of the firm. Member of Investment Policy Committee.
Duties and Responsibilities:- CFA Charter Holder preferred.
- Lead the development and implementation of the fixed income strategy.
- Oversee fixed income research and guide investment portfolio managers.
- Manage the fixed income buy-list and hold-list.
- Support risk management framework and collaborate with the investment strategy team.
- Represent Huntington in internal/external presentations and support sales efforts for Wealth Management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor market trends/conditions.
- Develop actionable investment insights and communicate fixed income strategy to stakeholders.
- Support cross-sell initiatives and provide training on fixed income concepts.
- Review enhanced Leveraged Cash Flow due diligence when appropriate.
- Assist Payments Advisors/Relationship Managers in structuring transactions and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage the approval process for requested limits, amendments, waivers, and consents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- At least 15 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
