Role Purpose

We are seeking a high-performing Liquidity Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of liquidity management, quantitative analysis, and client strategy.

You will be responsible for building and deepening strategic relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, banks, and asset managers, while leveraging execution data andmarket insights to help clients access better liquidity and maximise trading performance through our platform. Your role will directly influence the growth of trading volumes and deepen ourfootprint in the APAC market.

Responsibilities

Client Coverage:
Act as the primary liquidity and execution strategy lead for aportfolio of institutional clients, building trusted relationships with tradingstakeholders and execution teams.
Execution Analytics:
Leverage proprietary and client-side data to provide insights, post-trade analysis, and execution consultancy to help clients optimise their trading strategies and access to liquidity.
Liquidity Optimisation:
Work closely with liquidity providers to calibrate pricingstreams, monitor performance metrics (e.g., fill rates, response times, spreads), andensure optimal bilateral execution quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to feed client and liquidity insights into platform enhancements, roadmapprioritisation, and strategic growth initiatives.

Skills Required

1-5 years of experience in electronic trading, liquidity management, or executionstrategy roles, ideally within FX or Equities markets.
Strong understanding of market structure and execution workflows, particularlybilateral trading and/or direct connectivity models.
Proven track record in a client-facing role with institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, banks), with the ability to influence trading decisions at seniorlevels.
Highly analytical, with experience working with large datasets to derive actionable insights; proficiency in tools like Python, SQL, Excel, or BI tools is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to client engagement.
