What You'll DoProvide financial planning, analysis and business support to business units, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Conduct monthly/quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and variance analysis
, highlighting key risks, opportunities and business insights.Manage month-end closing activities
, ensuring accurate revenue and cost recognition in accordance with accounting standards.Monitor business unit costs against approved budgets and perform product/brand profitability analysis
.Review business cases, financial models and scenario analysis to assess the financial feasibility of new initiatives and investments.
Provide financial and accounting advice to business units on products, initiatives and commercial decisions.
Act as a finance business partner and trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and work with stakeholders to develop improvement plans.
Support commercial initiatives, investments and other ad hoc finance projects as required.
Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
, with at least 2 years of FP&A experience preferred
.Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
, with excellent attention to detail.Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
.Able to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
, managing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines.Proactive, resilient and demonstrates strong tenacity and ownership
.Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI
; experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Workday will be an advantage.
