About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote Investment Banking Associate to join their fully remote team, serving clients across the globe. You will play a crucial role in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and the preparation of client presentations.

The position requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients in a virtual setting, and demonstrating a deep understanding of complex financial instruments and market dynamics.

• Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, and M&A analyses, to support client transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive industry and company research, including market analysis and competitive landscaping.
• Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitch books, and other transaction-related documents.
• Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, debt financings, and equity offerings.
• Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies and benchmarks.
• Manage work streams independently and coordinate with deal teams and clients in a remote environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial data terminals (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv) is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines effectively in a remote work setting.
