Edward Jones is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide personalized investment advice, retirement planning, and wealth management to individual investors and small businesses. In this client-facing role, you will build and manage a book of business, develop tailored financial strategies, and deliver long-term, relationship-based guidance. You'll leverage comprehensive training, professional licensing support, and firm resources to deepen client relationships, grow assets under care, and help clients reach their financial goals while upholding the firm's values of integrity and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized financial advice and comprehensive planning to individual investors and small businesses
- Develop and implement investment, retirement, insurance, and wealth management strategies aligned with client goals
- Build, grow, and manage a client book of business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct portfolio reviews, performance analysis, and ongoing adjustments based on market conditions and client needs
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, firm policies, and documentation standards
- Utilize financial planning tools, CRM systems, and market research to support data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with branch and home office teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Pursue and maintain required securities and insurance licenses and relevant professional designations
