Herdt Consulting is seeking an experienced Navy ERP JV & Batch Processing SME to support the Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation program. This role will prepare, execute, troubleshoot, and reconcile high-volume journal voucher and batch data loads using Navy ERP and SAP tools, with particular emphasis on ZCCCC
0003, LSMW, and SF 1043 data loads.

• Location: Remote; proximity to Norfolk, VA, Washington, DC, or San Diego, CA is helpful but not required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or another relevant discipline
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Work Schedule/Arrangement: Full-time / Remote

• Prepare, validate, and process journal voucher and batch-upload files in accordance with established Navy financial procedures and controls.
• Execute and troubleshoot Navy ERP transaction ZCCCC
  0003, Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), and SF 1043 data loads.
• Review source files for completeness, formatting, balancing, and required financial data before upload.
• Research rejected records, posting failures, and validation errors; correct issues and coordinate reprocessing as appropriate.
• Reconcile batch totals and individual transactions to Navy ERP FI/FM postings and supporting documentation.
• Maintain load procedures, control evidence, error logs, and processing documentation to support repeatability and audit readiness.

• Hands-on Navy ERP or SAP financial batch-processing and journal voucher experience.
• Practical experience executing and troubleshooting LSMW or comparable SAP mass-data upload tools.
• Experience validating source files, resolving load errors, and reconciling financial posting results.
• Working knowledge of SAP FI/FM documents, account assignments, and financial controls.
• Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented processing while maintaining accuracy and traceability.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Direct experience with Navy ERP transaction ZCCCC
  0003 and SF 1043 data loads.
• Experience supporting Navy financial improvement, audit remediation, or data-cleansing efforts.
• Familiarity with repeatable batch controls, exception reporting, and process automation.
