Sr. Financial Analyst

Join a leading organization in the technology sector as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in driving financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the company’s SaaS product portfolio. This remote, 6-month contract opportunity offers a chance to work with a highly collaborative FP&A team that values innovation, transparency, and data-driven results, contributing directly to the company’s growth and profitability.

In this dynamic role, you will own key forecasting processes, analyze business performance against forecasts, and partner with cross-functional teams to influence pricing, packaging, and product strategy. Your expertise in financial modeling, SaaS financial planning, and proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Anaplan, and AI applications will be essential in creating impactful analyses that shape the company's future.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of financial/analytical experience in tech, SaaS, or consulting firms
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Expertise in financial forecasting, planning, and P&L management
  • Experience with SaaS metrics, ARR, revenue analysis, and performance assessment
  • Skilled in using Google Sheets, Anaplan, and AI tools for automation and insights
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Tableau, Databricks
  • Experience with financial planning software like Adaptive, Oracle, SAP
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives from quantitative data to influence strategic decisions
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Prior experience in SaaS finance, FP&A, or business intelligence roles
Other Requirements:
  • Remote work arrangement
  • Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Ability to partner with business leaders and support performance reviews and strategic initiatives
  • AI fluency to leverage automation and narrative drafting tools
