As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting our Go-To-Market organization, your focus will be on taking ownership of a number of key FP&A processes. Partnering closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing leadership, you will ensure GTM operating plans are aligned with financial goals and create the transparency that allows us to make the right decisions. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining the reporting, analytics, and modeling behind bookings, pipeline, and sales capacity, turning GTM data into insight that shapes how the company invests in growth.

In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will gain deep, hands‑on operating experience at a venture‑backed software firm. They will also have unique exposure to the CFO and senior executives across functional groups.

• Serve as finance lead for Sales, providing data-driven insight that enables GTM executives to achieve their operating plans
• Partner with cross-functional groups on monthly financial reporting (Annual Recurring Revenue, New and Renewal bookings, retention), pipeline and coverage analysis, sales productivity metrics, and ad hoc financial analysis
• Increase automation and efficiency of current processes through Workday Adaptive Planning, Excel improvements, and AI productivity tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot); drive the adoption of improved financial processes through teaming with multiple stakeholder groups
• Support the annual GTM planning cycle, including sales capacity modeling, headcount and quota setting, and sales compensation plan analysis in partnership with Sales Operations
