Compliance Associate

Compliance Analyst / Associate | New York, NY

Our client, a rapidly growing investment manager, is looking to add a Compliance Analyst / Associate to its New York team. The firm has already doubled its AUM since launch and continues to scale quickly.

This will be the first dedicated compliance hire working alongside the GC/CCO, creating a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to gain broad exposure, take real ownership, and grow with the firm.

• Help manage employee compliance and personal trading processes
• Support expert network reviews and related compliance monitoring
• Coordinate vendor and broker diligence
• Maintain key compliance logs, trackers, certifications and deadlines
• Assist with proxy voting and Form N-PX
• Support ongoing compliance testing and regulatory filings
• Assist with regulatory exams, document requests and other special projects

• 2+ years of compliance experience within an investment manager, hedge fund, private fund or similar financial services environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable owning recurring processes and keeping multiple work streams moving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Someone proactive, dependable and excited to take on increasing responsibility
