This is how you'll help us succeed- Conduct daily reconciliation of sales and issuing settlement, identify variances and work with internal team to resolve any gaps.
- Assist with all financial operations including conducting daily and monthly balancing and reconciliation of bank accounts, reconciling client daily accounting files and approving money movement.
- Manage new payment related projects.
- Assist with building global expansion processes and procedures.
- Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience required
- Payments experience required with understanding of card networks and settlement reconciliation procedures
- Analytical, budgeting and/or financial focused mindset
- Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with acquiring and/or issuing a plus
- Knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM tools for work is a plus
