This senior-level role involves significant responsibility in building channels that enhance capital acquisition. You'll work on vetting and onboarding brokers, ensuring they comply with Swiss standards and driving effective deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and train global brokers and channel partners
• Facilitate weekly broker strategy and compliance sessions
• Sustain a pipeline of accredited clients
• Set and monitor KPIs for broker performance
• Ensure adherence to compliance and KYC standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years in structured finance or alternative funding
• Track record of closed transactions with references
• Established book of business or relationships
• Proficient in digital communication
• Familiarity with SBLCs and capital structuring
