The Senior Financial Analyst provides consultative and strategic financial support to business leaders, including forecasting, planning, and insightful financial analytics. They are focused on the e-commerce, retail and marketing channels, providing timely models that help leaders better manage their business, improve financial performance, and meet annual financial and operating goals. They are a systems thinker who can connect financial outcomes to sales strategy and consumer insights.

They have ownership of key performance indicators, profitability reporting and margin analysis, and are a key contributor to enterprise‑wide financial budgeting and modeling.

Hybrid combining working from home, and onsite in White River Junction VT roughly 2-3 days per month. Ideal candidates will be located within a 2–3-hour drive of our offices.

$88,500 to $119,500 annual salary; commensurate with experience.

• Analyze monthly financial results, distilling key trends, and communicating business insights
• Lead forecasting and financial reviews for e-commerce, retail, marketing, and selected administrative functions, serving as a finance partner to business leaders.
• Contribute to enterprise budgeting, reforecasting, and long‑range financial planning processes.
• Partner with cross functional teams to support data‑driven decision making through ad‑hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling
• Designs, maintains and evaluates reporting for product and customer profitability and margin analysis
