This is a unique opportunity that calls for a motivated, hard‑working, and highly analytical Finance professional to join the Digital Partnerships Finance team. The Digital Partnerships Finance team serves as a strategic business partner for business leaders in Global & NA Digital Partnerships, providing essential finance support.
Core Responsibilities- Lead in the maintenance of a large and complex dataset of drivers and revenue for hundreds of Digital Partners.
- Collaborate and coordinate with a broad base of stakeholders (i.e. Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategy, Controllership, etc.).
- Learn and understand Visa's financial reporting systems, run data queries, develop financial architecture, and support finance technology initiatives.
- Support the execution of quantitative and qualitative analysis to deliver ad hoc/monthly/quarterly/annual reports of Partner trends.
- Evaluate existing financial models and seek opportunities to introduce new tools and identify areas of opportunity for improvement and efficiencies (i.e. Self‑serve dashboards).
- Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of the business.
- Be team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
- Thrive on an environment that is fast‑paced, rapidly changing, and customer service‑oriented.
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
- 4-5 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics, economics, statistics or related quantitative field.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, experience with complex financial or data systems such as Hyperion, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
- Foundational understanding of multi‑party payment model (issuers, acquirers, processors, interchange, merchants, cardholders, etc.).
- Proven expertise in modeling techniques, managing large datasets, and business performance measurement/reporting.
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, ability to resolve tough business problems with well‑structured analyses.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes via automation and end‑to‑end efficiencies.
- Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively cross‑functionally and with all levels of management and produce time sensitive deliverables.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are extremely critical.
- Be eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the future.
This is a hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in Finance are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week in Foster City, CA.
Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.
