The Financial Services Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on meeting with individual and business clients to assess their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and recommend tailored strategies in areas such as retirement planning, risk management, and wealth accumulation. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing financial plans and proposals, reviewing insurance and investment options, and following up regularly to adjust strategies as clients’ needs evolve.
The role also involves networking within the community, building and maintaining a client base, staying current with financial products and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with team members and home-office resources to deliver high-quality client service.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to develop comprehensive strategies for individuals and businesses.
- Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Financial Services to evaluate products, interpret financial data, and support informed client decisions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Relevant licensing (or willingness to obtain) for securities and insurance products as required by state and federal regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated integrity, client-focused mindset, and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Comfort with prospecting, networking, and business development activities to grow a sustainable practice.
