Role Description The Financial Advisor role at Guilbault Capital, LLC is a full-time hybrid position based in Metairie, LA, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to assess their financial goals, developing comprehensive financial and retirement plans, and recommending suitable investment strategies. The Financial Advisor will regularly review client portfolios, adjust recommendations based on changing market conditions and life circumstances, and ensure clear communication of risks and opportunities.

The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining accurate client records, staying current on financial products and regulations, and collaborating with internal team members to deliver consistent, high-quality client service. Building new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement is also an important aspect of this position.

• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments.
• Candidates should possess experience in providing comprehensive Financial Advisory services.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Relevant certifications such as CFP®, ChFC®, or other financial designations are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and uphold high ethical standards.
